Eng. Ayman Ali Abourgila has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy, KSA, since 2014, leading the company’s strategic direction and overseeing the successful completion of complex engineering projects. He possesses extensive expertise in hydrology and storm drainage systems, particularly for road infrastructure.

Before joining Euro Group, Eng. Ayman held key project management and engineering positions at Dar Al-Handasah Consultants and Resources Technology Bureau. In these roles, he managed infrastructure, water resources, and drainage projects throughout the Middle East and Africa. His academic background includes an MSc in Hydrology for Environmental Management from Imperial College, London, and a BSc in Civil Engineering from Ain Shams University, Egypt, providing a strong foundation for his practical experience.

Eng. Ayman’s notable project portfolio includes significant infrastructure developments such as the Jeddah-Makkah Road, the Knowledge Economic City (Madinah), and various highway and drainage projects in Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Ghana, and Nigeria. He also has significant experience in water resource management and planning in Egypt, including collaborations with the Ministry of Public Works and Water Resources.
