Project Description
The project involves the comprehensive completion of the design and implementation of the Medical City at King Saud University.
This includes the provision of all required services, skilled personnel, materials, and equipment essential for the successful execution and finalization of the following works:
- King Fahd Center for Cardiac Medicine and Surgery
- University Family Medicine Center
- Improvement of the facades of King Fahd Center for Cardiac Medicine and Surgery and the Family and Community Medicine Center Building
- General site landscaping and utility connections for the Emergency Expansion Building
- Medical equipment installation for King Fahd Center for Cardiac Medicine and Surgery and the Family and Community Medicine Center at the Medical City
- Upgrade and development of the chilled water network and central water network at the Medical City
- Supply and installation of various devices for the Diagnostic and Hematology & Oncology Treatment Center
Additionally, the scope extends to the delivery of technical services and support for temporary, supplementary, and additional tasks, ensuring the project adapts to evolving needs. It also incorporates any modifications or adjustments requested by King Saud University, guaranteeing that the development meets the institution’s precise requirements and high standards.
