A key component of this initiative is the development of strategies to engage the private sector and convert traditional maintenance contracts into performance-based contracts.   • Current State Evaluation and Guidelines Preparation: This phase involves a thorough evaluation of existing municipal guidelines and relevant regulations, complemented by an analysis of local, regional, and global best practices for developing sustainable and efficient building guidelines.
  • Practical Application: Through collaboration with local municipalities, the developed assessment tools will be implemented to evaluate performance and compliance with established standards.
  • Evaluation and Support: Following implementation, this phase will focus on evaluating outcomes, gathering feedback, and documenting insights to ensure the program’s success. Ongoing support is crucial for maintaining adherence to guidelines and achieving long-term success.
