Safety & Security Engineer

Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy is seeking a qualified Safety & Security Engineer to support safety operations across project sites and traffic diversion works. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, hands on field experience, and the ability to provide clear, actionable recommendations to supervisory authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safety design reviews and perform site safety inspections in alignment with global engineering safety codes and standards.
• Identify safety gaps at work sites and raise corrective recommendations to the supervisory authority.
• Study, evaluate, and approve safety plans for traffic diversions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and project requirements.
• Supervise the implementation of approved traffic diversion plans and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Utilize engineering software, automation tools, and digital systems for reporting, analysis, and safety documentation.
• Provide technical information, safety guidance, and support to project teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with national safety regulations, international best practices, and Euro Group’s internal safety policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in safety engineering, site safety, or related disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of international safety codes and engineering standards.
• Proven experience in designing, reviewing, and inspecting safety systems at project sites.
• Demonstrated capability in assessing and supervising traffic diversion safety.
• Proficiency in computer automation, engineering software, and safety management tools.
• Accredited by the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
