Road Safety Engineer – Saudi Arabia (Jazan, Riyadh, Makkah, Eastern Region)

Euro Group for Engineering Consultancy is seeking qualified Road Safety Engineers to support ongoing and upcoming Ministry of Transport & Logistics Services (MOTLS) projects across multiple regions in the Kingdom. The ideal candidates will bring strong technical capability in road safety assessment, auditing, and compliance with MOT standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct road safety inspections and audits in accordance with MOTLS guidelines.
• Evaluate existing road networks, identify hazards, and recommend corrective measures.
• Review design drawings, traffic control plans, and safety features for compliance.
• Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, and improvement proposals.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and MOT representatives.
• Support implementation of safety programs, signage, and traffic management plans.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in road safety, traffic engineering, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi MOT standards, road safety manuals, and national regulations.
• Ability to conduct field inspections and prepare professional technical documentation.
• Immediate availability (ASAP).
• Saudi Nationals only

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous working experience with the Ministry of Transport & Logistics Services (MOTLS).
• Experience in road safety audits, blackspot analysis, and crash investigation.
• Familiarity with international safety standards (AASHTO, FHWA, PIARC).
