Project Description
The project scope includes the preparation of an integrated strategic plan for stormwater drainage, aimed at lowering groundwater and surface water levels, and mitigating flood risks within the urban boundaries of Al-Jubail Governorate for the year 1450H. This comprehensive plan will address key challenges related to urban drainage systems, incorporating advanced solutions for flood prevention, groundwater control, and the efficient management of stormwater. The objective is to enhance the resilience of the city’s infrastructure against flooding, improve water management, and support sustainable urban development in the region.

Scope of Work
- Conduct hydrological studies for the governorate.
- Prepare technical studies and designs for all identified areas and neighborhoods.
- Develop detailed maps and plans.
- Prepare priced and unpriced bills of quantities.
- Draft technical specifications, calculation reports, and environmental impact assessments.
- Create all required documents and materials for tendering purposes
- Conduct strategic, economic, administrative, financial, and commercial studies for the projects.
- Address all requirements from the Ministry’s Expenditure Efficiency Achievement Center.
- Collaborate with government agencies, service entities, authorities, committees, and private sector entities.
- Coordinate with the Permanent Committee for Protecting the Environment in Coastal Areas of the Eastern Province and other relevant entities.
