Hijra Road East Package 4&6
Project Description
The project involves the development of the received Issued for Information (IFI) design package into a fully finalized Issued for Construction (IFC) design package for the Hegra Road project, specifically for Package 4 and Package 6. This process includes refining and finalizing all design elements to ensure they meet construction requirements, standards, and project specifications, facilitating the transition from planning to execution for both packages.

Scope of Work
The scope of work involves the comprehensive development of the Issued for Construction (IFC) package across various disciplines, including:
Highways:
– Design of road geometry (horizontal and vertical alignment).
– Conducting road safety audits to ensure compliance with safety standards.
– Preparation of the Structural Pavement Design Report (office-based work only).
Wet Utilities:
– Design and implementation of potable water lines.
– Additional slope protection at intersections with drainage structures to prevent erosion and ensure long-term stability.
Dry Utilities:
– Design and integration of High Voltage (HV) and Medium Voltage (MV) electrical systems.
– Design of telecommunication networks to support infrastructure needs.
Hydrology Study:
– Assessment and review of the hydrology study to ensure accurate drainage solutions are in place.
Landscape:
– Integration of landscape design elements that complement the overall project aesthetic and functionality.
– Building Information Modeling (BIM):
Creation of detailed BIM models (LOD 300) for the approved IFC package, ensuring precise and efficient design implementation.
This comprehensive approach ensures a well-coordinated, high-quality outcome across all disciplines, supporting the successful execution of the Hegra Road project.
