Project Description
The Project Management Office (PMO) services involve providing advisory support to the National Center’s projects to ensure effective implementation and desired outcomes. These services focus on ensuring that project contract execution aligns with the Center’s policies, conducting regular audits, verifying the accuracy of information, and developing performance standards with recommendations for improvement, and enhancing project execution by leveraging best practices, policies, procedures, tools, authorizations, and governance methods for more efficient project management.
The project includes PMO Services for the following project types:
1- Consultations and Technical Studies (180 Project)
2- Tree planting, fencing, and maintenance (113 Project)
3- Supply & Preparation for Parks and gardens (76 Project)
4- Operation, maintenance, and cleaning (74 Project)
5- Construction and engineering works (69 Project)
6- Operational Services (43 Project)

Study Services to Review and Follow up on the Center’s works, including:
- Semi-monthly reports presenting the project status.
- Continuous review and improvement of project management procedures and activities.
- Tender Documents & prequalification preparation
- Dashboard for displaying project information and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Coordination and alignment of project objectives with organizational goals.
- Performance evaluation and recommendations for optimizing project execution.
